Bespoke wedding planning in Spain means something different to us. We do not offer standard packages — because no two weddings are the same, and no two couples are the same. What we offer instead is a planning process built entirely around you, which results in something far more valuable than any catalogue package: a wedding that is completely yours.

Why We Don’t Do Standard Wedding Packages

Most wedding packages in Spain work like this: you choose a venue, pick a catering tier, select from a list of decoration options and sign a contract. It is efficient. It is predictable. And it produces weddings that look and feel like every other wedding at that venue.

That is not what we do.

We have been planning weddings in Spain since 2003. In that time we have learned that the couples who are happiest on their wedding day are the ones whose celebration felt genuinely personal — not assembled from a menu.

Step 1 — The conversation. We start with a call or a message. Tell us about yourselves, your vision, your guest list and your budget. No forms, no automated responses — a real conversation with the people who will plan your wedding.

Step 2 — The proposal. Based on what you share with us, we put together a tailored proposal. Venue options that suit your style. A shortlist of vendors we trust. A realistic budget breakdown. This is not a standard document — it is built specifically for you.

Step 3 — The bespoke package. Once we agree on the direction, we build your package from the ground up. Ceremony, catering, florals, music, accommodation, photography, transfers — every element selected and coordinated specifically for your wedding. Nothing is off the shelf.

Step 4 — The day itself. We are there. Not a coordinator you have never met — us. The same people you have been working with from the beginning.

A clifftop ceremony on the Costa Brava followed by a private dinner in a medieval village. A rooftop celebration in Barcelona with views of the sea and the city skyline. An intimate elopement in the Canary Islands for just the two of you, officiated by José in front of the Atlantic. A three-day wedding weekend at a private finca in the Penedès, with guests staying on site and every meal sourced locally.

None of these came from a package. All of them started with a conversation.
