Why Standard Wedding Catering in Spain Doesn’t Work for Small Weddings
Most established catering companies in Spain — and there are excellent ones — are structured for large events. Their minimum billing thresholds, staffing models and logistics mean that a wedding of 40 or 50 guests often gets priced as if it were 80 or 100. You pay for a structure that exists to serve volume, not intimacy.
We say this with respect: there are outstanding catering companies in Spain with decades of experience and impeccable standards. For a wedding of 200 guests, we will recommend one of them without hesitation.
