People often ask me why I started hosting weddings here.

 

I could tell them it was because we had a beautiful traditional Catalan masia, with history carved into every stone, endless countryside views, and just one hour from Barcelona.

 

And that would be true.

 

But the real answer begins the day my husband proposed to me—right here, in the place where he grew up, where generations of his family had lived, loved, and celebrated life.

 

That day, I knew our wedding couldn’t just be a single event.

 

It had to be the beginning of something much bigger.

 

That’s how Masia Lladó Events was born.

 

Now, every time a couple gets married here, I’m taken back to that moment.

 

And yes, I still cry at ceremonies—even when I tell myself not to.

 

Because something keeps happening, again and again:

 

When the bride and groom look into each other’s eyes, and they don’t just see a partner, but someone they’ve shared so much with…

Someone they know will be there, no matter what…

Someone they want to build a life with, a home, a family…

 

That moment—that look—that’s everything.

 

And the truth is, on your wedding day, it won’t be the decorations or the wine or even the food (although all of that matters too)…

The most important thing is what you see in each other’s eyes.

 

If, when you look into your partner’s eyes, you see your forever—

Then that’s it. That’s the real magic.
