Originally, the castle was a square-plan building with a central courtyard, a tower and a Gothic chapel surrounded by a moat, but in 1985, it was adapted by a renowned architect to be used as a second residence. The original structure was respected, but the covering was done with a fantastic decoration inspired by Romanesque and Gothic architecture.
