We are located in Mallorca and for 16 years we have been dedicated to the design of menus for celebrations and coordinating services to give a unique and harmonious sense to each event we work with.
The kitchen team, led by the chef and founder of the company Julio Garmendia, is responsible for creating dishes of the highest gastronomic level by selecting the ingredients that the island offers and providing the balance while preparing the dishes. Olga Vélez, the co-founder of the company, is in charge of the organization, who together with her team will offer the best solutions to design any intimate or business event reflecting the personal touch of each client.
We have been dedicated to excellent gastronomy for more than 20 years, always taking care to detail and looking for high quality products to elaborate our dishes. Our gastronomy is a reflection of our Basque roots, from the Basque Country in north Spain, but is also influenced by our passage through the peninsula and, of course, our years in Mallorca.
Garmendia Catering & Events prepares a traditional cuisine to offer tasty, healthy and balanced menus. We listen to your suggestions and adapt to the gastronomic tendencies of the world. We know the most current trends for the special day of our couples. From a traditional seated menu, a finger food menu with food from the seasons, or a cooking show. We love new challenges and the fact that each wedding is different.
The kitchen team will design the most appropriate menu after hearing the suggestions of the bride and groom. We take care of every detail of the dish, the flavors, the colors and the textures. One meal is a whole gastronomic experience. The setting is at the level of the kitchen, and all the decoration and assembly is designed together between our team and the bride and groom, the results are surprising and unique.
