It’s a true pleasure to write about this Alicante venue; in fact, it’s a relief to know it exists somewhere in the world. Let’s begin with a little history.
Casa Benigalip’s first stone was laid in time of the Romans, in the 3rd century BC. Back then, a Roman villa sat where the house, now fully restored and modernised, still rests today. Naturally, the villa’s inhabitants left behind some beautiful ceramics to prove their existence. As with many other Roman settlements in the area, the first owners’ lives revolved around the cultivation of olives, equal to gold at the time of the Roman Empire.
Today, the Casa Benigalip complex offers you the chance to hold your entire wedding, including all of the stages of the celebration, within its grounds. It has everything you could ever need or want: rooms for your VIP guests and for yourselves, a small but very picturesque chapel for the ceremony, and many fascinating corners, perfect settings for cocktails, dancing or dining.
They can offer you countless other services for your Spanish wedding including the catering, and can put you in contact with their many other providers, such as florists, and photographers, and they are happy to discuss your needs with you at any time.
But let’s forget about logistics for just a moment, and just try to imagine your wedding there. You and your spouse. The olives. The smell of the Mediterranean shore nearby. The pines and the wild flowers. The perfume of the orange blossom.
